Our ERP is in beta

At the end of the month, we are setting our newly developed M ERP in motion – with a beta test that maps our own merchandise management processes. Just as it should.

Small but perfectly formed. Most importantly, it provides the key functions and interfaces that would otherwise require expensive subscriptions or large ERP systems.

Our mozaikoo^® ERP grew out of our own desire to be able to implement the features we need ourselves, as well as our customers’ wish for a simple ERP that handles both e-commerce and company processes.

Naturally, an ERP must include all the fundamental functions one would expect from an ERP.

These include customer and supplier management, incoming and outgoing invoices, document and payment records, employee management, product and inventory management and, of course, every conceivable type of document: projects, quotations, requests for quotations, contract confirmations, orders, delivery notes and credit notes.

We incorporated both our own wishes and those of our customers into every detail of its functionality. For example, all documents have subdividing sections in which individual line items can be moved conveniently using drag and drop. Sections and items can be exchanged across all documents and linked to time records or cost centres.

Believe it or not, our invoices now even have a title! A feature that not even one major ERP package could provide.

Of course, we also wanted to integrate numerous labour-saving features to increase efficiency. These include, among others:

User management with access rights
Invoice and document generation as PDFs with automatic email delivery
Quotation sharing with comments and a signature function (signature to place an order)
Invoice and document layouts with custom fonts and freely configurable HTML headers and footers with SVG support.
Invoices as PDF, XRechnung or ZUGFeRD – aka “digital invoices”
Automatic upload of incoming and outgoing invoices and receipts to duo.datev.de
Time tracking with Clockify, GitLab Time Tracking or connected CalDAV calendars
Employee management with resource planning, holidays and sick leave
Bank account import via CSV
Assignment of payment and time records to all documents
Resource management and resource billing via supplier documents
Calendar for booking slots with employee and resource allocation
Customer calls via connected VoIP telephony
Automatic IBAN and VAT ID validation

Needless to say, the mozaikoo^® integration is seamless. All e-commerce orders and customer information can be transferred, products and their variant properties can be transferred bidirectionally, special quotation requests submitted through the e-commerce shopping basket can be synchronised, and inventory management is partially automated through machine-readable supplier invoices.

Once the beta phase is complete, the features will undergo a general review and a security review before being prepared for our SaaS offering.
