Over 600 new efficiency drivers. From small to comprehensive.
A fully revamped CRM system where all activities converge, offering incredible speed and increased connectivity. The content and data administration area is now complete. We are now establishing the new front-end app to drive the websites and apps.
August 31, 2026
August was a productive month. We completed all the remaining outlets and set up the new CRM and Campaign Manager. The administration is now fully integrated with the API.
The new CRM collects phone calls, emails, forms, SMS messages, social media interactions, e-commerce data (if connected), live chats with people or bots, newsletters, QR codes and ad responses on demand. Activities can be grouped in Activity Streams and automatically assigned to employees by activity type or taxonomy.
The new Campaign Manager can distribute all media to connected endpoints (ad providers and publishers) and create a fully operational system for managing media spending and editorial distribution. Planning your media releases and output has never been easier.
All components have been updated under the hood to the latest software stack, offering increased build speed and reduced memory consumption. The software has been thoroughly tested for extra security.
All API entities have a consistent nomenclature that can be used by our experimental AI content generation tool. Imagine creating an editable landing page with a single prompt.
‘Create a new landing page called “Our new product”, collect the features of the product “My product” and enrich the landing page with product-assigned media and media matching the taxonomy, with impressive focal points. Make the landing page an editor page and add a new form widget for “more information” with email address field mandatory as the CTA. Wire the new page as a landing page for the campaign “My product”, and use the UTM to track the form. Translate the page into all languages on all domains.’
The only fly in the ointment is that we postponed the AI system after the release of M4.0 because we plan to make the AI available with Mozaikoo context as an on-premises solution, and we are currently experimenting with our own guardrailed AI on our own servers.
Stay tuned – the first front-end output is planned for the end of September.
